Exchange Policy
We offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange requests will be accepted only in the following cases:
Manufacturing defect
Damaged product received
Missing product or item mismatch
Return Policy
Returns are not accepted, as all products are made to order and manufactured specifically for each customer.
Exchange Conditions
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Any request beyond 7 days will not be entertained.
Important Notes
Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric nature and do not qualify as defects.
Sheen Couture reserves the right to inspect the product before approving an exchange.
