Return / Exchange Policy

 

Return Requests :

Submit via Return Prime  Portal within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

Exchange

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Each product is eligible for one time size exchange.

No return/exchange on custom garments (1 free alteration offered).


Return Conditions

After your exchange request is approved, we’ll email you the return address along with simple steps to send your product back.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags.

Worn/damaged/missing tag items will be rejected; return shipping at customer’s cost.

If a prepaid order is returned due to an incorrect address or phone number, it can be resent at ₹199. After two failed delivery attempts, the customer must self-book pickup from our warehouse.

Refunds & Store Credit

Store credit only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Processed after item inspection (3–5 business days).

Shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged/Incomplete Orders

Report within 48 hours with photos and a mandatory unboxing video.

Without video, claims will be closed.

Cancellations

Email support@sheencouture.com; approval depends on order status.

Orders already processed/shipped cannot be cancelled.
