Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Sheen Couture, we want you to feel fabulous in every piece you choose. If the fit isn't perfect, we're here to help with our hassle-free exchange policy.
Exchange Policy:
• We accept size exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Any garment can be exchanged for a different size.
• You can avail size exchange once per purchase.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery at +91-7678213838 between 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST on Monday to Saturday or email us at support@sheencouture.com. Please provide your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and a package opening video, without it, Exchange/ Refund will not be taken into consideration.
Our customer care team will investigate and respond within 24 working hours.
Criteria for Refund, Exchange, or Alteration:
• Initiate any request for refund, exchange, or alteration within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size or style requirements, and send us an email at support@sheencouture.com It should reach us within 7 days after that it will not be accepted.
• Returned products should be unused, unwashed, and free from any scent of perfume, deodorant, or washing powder.
• Products should be stain-free (no makeup, pen marks, etc.).
• Ensure all original tags, brand tags, boxes, packaging materials, and accessories are undamaged and included.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as damaged or missing items.
Refunds are issued as store credits only which can be used within 90 days.
