EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sheen Couture, all products are made to order. 

7-day hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery. 

Exchange is allowed only in case of:

Manufacturing defect

Damaged product

Missing item or wrong product received

RETURN POLICY

No returns are accepted, as all products are made to order.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

DAMAGED / INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos and a mandatory unboxing video are required.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

CANCELLATIONS

To request cancellation, email support@sheencouture.com

Cancellation approval depends on order status.

Orders that are processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Minor color or texture variations due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric nature are not considered defects.

Sheen Couture reserves the right to inspect the product before approving an exchange.
