All products at Sheen Couture are made to order. Shipping within India takes 7–10 working days.
Once an order is placed, it goes into processing. 48-hour shipping is available on request,

Exchange Policy -
We offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange requests will be accepted only in the following cases:
– Manufacturing defect
– Damaged product received
– Missing product or item mismatch
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
Sheen Couture reserves the right to inspect the product before approving an exchange.

and clear images of the issue.
Return Policy -
Returns are not accepted, as all products are made to order and manufactured specifically
for each customer.
Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric nature
are not considered defects.
