EXCHANGES

2.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, buyers must request one within 3 days days of receiving their item. Requests made after this timeframe will not be approved.

2.2. In case you are not happy with the product ordered , you can exchange it for a bigger or smaller size

2.3. It is recommended that buyers thoroughly inspect their items upon receipt and notify us of any issues on support@sheencouture.com or via online chat on sheencouture.com

2.4. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us.

2.5. Returns will only be accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.

2.6. Product will be only exchanged once.

3.1. We are made to order brand .  We don’t offer refund after you place order.

3.2. Incase of damage or defect in product , we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures

3.3. Returns will be issued as store credit only.

3.4. Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3.5. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.6. Please note that a shipping fee will be charged for each item returned, regardless of whether or not free shipping was offered. The fee varies based on your location.

3.7. Processing of returns typically takes 2-5 business days.

3.8. Sheen Couture does not offer refunds to original payment method for returned items. Only store credit will be provided.



RETURN RULES

Preparation and Packaging:

  • Put a unique sticker with your name and order id for each item and attach it to the outside of the respective package of the item.
  • Ensure that each item is in its original packaging with the original labels attached
  • Ensure that each item is in new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition

  • Failure to ship the item within 7 business days will result to cancelation of your return/exchange request
  • Incorrect sticker placement
  • Incorrect number of items returned
